Damaged Products:
Upon receiving your order, inspect it and report any damage within 7 days. Provide clear photos including: all labels on the box, any box damage, and a video showing the Vorelli product damage.
You must keep the original packaging, until we arrange a collection from you. If you no longer have the original packaging and need to return an item, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover the cost of packaging.
